Just wanted to share an e-mail link to the resource Lonn Maly highlighted for us during this workshop.  He told us about Susan Vincent's "The multigrade classroom: A resource handbook for small, rural schools".  I was able to locate this resource on ERIC. All 7 handbooks are there in pdf files for you to print.
