Why Podcast Your Sermon Audio?
By Jack Hoelz @ 9:38 AM :: 673 Views :: 1 Comments :: Article Rating :: Internet

Dear Pastor,
Thank you so much for your wonderful sermon about angels. Thank you for  posting the audio recordings of your sermons on the Internet. It was exactly what I was searching for as I sit in my bedroom on Christmas Eve night in Japan.

I couldn't go to church today, and I don't live with a Christian family. I was hoping to find a sermon to listen to tonight.

Thank you.

I'm here in Miharu for 8 months as a foreign exchange student, and this is one of the hardest times of the year to be away from my family and my church in Wisconsin. Thank you again.
Merry Christmas from Japan to you and your congregation!

In case your wondering, the sermon referred to here is from 12/10/2006 titled "Angels". You can find it here.

You never know who's listening. Podcasting your sermons is so easy, it's hard to think of a reason NOT to do it. The longer I spend podcasting, the easier it gets and the more I want to post podcasts. In my case it's my 5th graders, who LOVE to get feedback, by the way...! (hint)
