One More Step Into Geezerhood

Three 5^th grade boys eager to haul more branches. In one glimpse I got of them, all three seemed to be in the air at the same time, no feet touching the ground! Reminded me of that song we did in a kid’s musical years ago – that one with the refrain, “Walking and leaping and praising God! Walking and leaping and praising God….!”

The Celebration!

Then she brought me over to meet Bradley - tiny, perfect and all in blue. And while I sat in amazement looking at the new child, Hayden went off to gather more people: her teacher, my secretary, other moms dropping their kids off for Preschool, the Preschool Aide... Everyone had to gather in the hallway and meet Bradley - we had an impromptu birthday party! It was a wonder!!
